What Can You Do with a Cabana at Barton Hill Farms?

Planning a visit to Barton Hill Farms’ Fall Festival, Pumpkin Patch, and Corn Maze? Why not upgrade your visit with a semi-private cabana rental?

These cabanas are the perfect place to gather with friends and family for a party or celebration on the farm! With four cabanas available, you could rent one or all four for a larger party (subject to availability).

Each cabana rental includes:

  • Exclusive access to one 12’ x 14’ covered cabana with bench seating
  • 16’ x 12’ uncovered firepit area (firepit use is contingent on local burn ban)
  • 10 bottles of water
  • Total occupancy of 10 people per cabana
  • Half-day rental (10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.)

Make sure to book your admission tickets in addition to your cabana reservation!

Reserve Your Cabana

Here are just some of the ways you could use your cabana during your rental.

Birthday Parties

A cabana at Barton Hill Farms is the perfect place for a festive birthday party. Decorate with streamers and balloons to make the space pop and put the birthday boy or girl’s personal stamp on the party.

A cabana offers an easy place to keep gifts wrangled and store goody bags until it’s time for the guests to leave. You’re welcome to bring a birthday cake, but remember that no coolers are allowed!

You can also go a step further with a surprise party at one of our cabanas. How shocked with the honoree be to come around a corner and find their family and friends?

Family Gatherings

A family gathering at a farm cabana is a beautiful way to spend a fall day. These cabanas are great for all ages, letting older family members relax with a dedicated seat in the shade while the little rascals work off their energy on the Jumbo Jumping Pillows or Super Slides.

Everyone can meet back up for chicken tenders or smoked BBQ, along with a beer or cider from the biergarten (for adults) and frozen lemonade (for the kids).

Work Events

Thank your team for all their hard work with a family-friendly work event at Barton Hill Farms. A day on the farm can help your employees to relax and get out of town for a few refreshing hours.

If you have a larger group, you can reserve all four cabanas to fit up to 40 people.

Group Dates

Gather up to five couples for a group date at a BHF cabana. Dance with your sweetie to live music, and impress each other with your skills at archery and apple cannons. Solve the 5-acre corn maze together, and pick up a pumpkin to carve when you get home.

The whole group can meet back at the cabana for a cold local beer or a frozen sangria slush in front of the lazy Colorado River.

Pre-Halloween Party

Make the most of those costumes with a pre-Halloween party at the farm. Decorate your cabana with ghosts and ghouls to show off your theme, and let your little Baby Yodas, Buzz Lightyears, and Marvel superheroes run wild.

Guests can purchase a pumpkin at the U-Pick Pumpkin Patch to bring home for their seasonal jack o’lanterns.

Bachelor/Bachelorette Party

If the bride or groom-to-be is the outdoorsy type, why not have a relaxed bachelor or bachelorette get-together at Barton Hill Farms?

While some people prefer a wild nightclub or a rowdy bar for this type of event, these days more people are opting to do something that’s a better reflection of their personalities. And that may include a day of games and activities with close friends on a sunny fall day.

Decorate the cabana with childhood photos of the honoree, and swap favorite stories over a beer, cider, or frozen mango congelado.

Welcome Party

Give a newcomer a warm welcome at Barton Hill Farms. A new employer or coworker will appreciate the gesture and feel like one of the team. Or you could welcome a new member to the family or friend group.

Fall Craft Party

Love arts and crafts? Why not bring them outside?

Admission to Barton Hill Farms lasts all day. So you could book your festival tickets as early as 10:00 a.m., and spend the morning exploring all the games and activities we have to offer.

Then head to the cabana for an afternoon rental to enjoy some lunch and get creative. Make leaf rubbings from the local trees, or make beaded jewelry to swap.
