Welcome to Barton Hill Farms

Barton Hill Farms will not be opening in Spring of 2023. 
We look forward to making an announcement for Fall 2023. 

Barton Hill Farms is a family-owned and operated, 118-acre farm on the banks of the Colorado River in Bastrop, Texas. Located just 30 miles from downtown Austin, it’s the perfect place to escape with your family for a day of outdoor fun. Whether you’re a lifelong resident or just visiting the Austin area, we hope you’ll stop by the farm to make memories with your friends and family. After all… Life is better on the farm.

All admission tickets must be purchased through our website. No ticket sales onsite. BUY BEFORE YOU ARRIVE!  Tickets are NOT REFUNDABLE.

We’re always hiring fun people!

We are now hiring part-time, seasonal worker for 2023! We generally require weekend work commitments from March-May and from September-December.  Pay rates vary based on experience and skill.  Barton Hill Farms is an equal opportunity employer.

From our hand-dipped chicken tenders to refreshing, frozen strawberry lemonade, we strive to deliver delicious, freshly made meals to our guests.

Only 25 minutes from the Austin airport.  Take an easy country drive to the farm.
